When Alex Ferguson failed to sign Alan Shearer, he plumped for the relatively unknown Norwegian striker. He has scored a lot of goals in his career, and in just a few appearances for United has scored two goals. One six minutes in to his debut as a substitute against Blackburn in the Premiership.
